The wait is almost over – Wyndham All Abilities Football & Cricket Club is set to kick off the 2026 FIDA B Grade season with a home showdown against St Albans on Sunday 19 April, 11:00am at Warringa Reserve . This will be the first chance for supporters to see our new‑look 2026 squad in full match conditions after a big pre‑season on the track.​ ​ Coach and players have been working hard on fitness, skills and team structures, with a focus on moving the ball quickly and supporting each other at contests. For several new Tigers this will be their first official FIDA game, while our experienced leaders return to set the tone around the ball and show what it means to wear the Wyndham jumper. ​​ St Albans always bring plenty of effort and physical pressure, so Round 1 is expected to be a great early test for our group. The Tigers will be looking to start strongly at home, use the wide spaces of Warringa Reserve, and give the crowd something to cheer about from the opening bounce.​ ​ Families, friends, carers and support workers are warmly invited to come down, wear the black and yellow, and make some noise for the players. Canteen and clubrooms will be open, and it’s a perfect opportunity for anyone thinking about joining the club to see all‑abilities footy in action and have a chat with officials after the game.
